Our new Super Breakfast buffet, in the spacious and bright Mattarelli Reastaurant, includes a wide selection of sweet and savory options, with healthy, vegan, and gluten-free proposals.
All the goodness of the morning, and even more: whether you're on Team Sweet or Team Savory, our buffet will leave you amazed.
Croissants, cakes, waffles, homemade cookies and plum cakes, local honey, seeds and dried fruits, as well as cold cuts, salmon, cheeses, bacon, and sausages. Fresh fruit and seasonal vegetables. Assortment of quality bread, classic and whole grain, focaccia, rustic grissini, spianate, etc.
In addition, new for 2024: Show-cooking of fried/scrambled eggs and pancakes!
Thirsty? Smoothies, juices, extracts, cappuccino, classic and plant-based milk, and you can also request real Italian espresso, always complimentary.
Dinner
A new taste experience, in complete freedom. You can sit wherever you prefer, in the new Mattarelli restaurant. No fixed menu, no advance booking.
We have adjusted our times to add more value to yours: entrance from 7.30PM to 9 PM, a wow Buffet with tasty first courses, fresh bread, delicious cold cuts, ethnic corner, and much more.
Plus, microfiltered water is always included: for us, water is precious, just like you.

Imagine coming back from the beach and finding an aperitif waiting for you, a coffee ready at any hour or a Gin Tonic to sip on the veranda after dinner.
Every Sunday in summer we organise Happy Sunday: a fantastic aperitif on the veranda with always different cocktails to try and small finger foods.
When you enter the Estense, look up and turn left: there you will see the Lounge Bar on a mezzanine floor, its bottle rack will be your safe harbour for a chat, a drink and feeling good.
