And we want to reveal a secret: there is much more than just umbrellas and sunbeds. Here are our top tips for exploring the surroundings!
CESENATICO
The seaside bike path allows you to reach Cesenatico in just 15 minutes by bike, which you can rent for free at the reception. Visit the beautiful Porto Canale and enjoy a bike ride, free of charge from our hotel.
Local secrets:
- Find the Piazzetta delle Conserve, a magical spot near Porto Canale that feels frozen in time.
- Have an aperitif at Maré, an iconic beach club on the Levante pier.
- Try a piadina at Rina’s on the Mazzarini canal, one of the best in all of Romagna.
CERVIA
Discover Cervia with its beautiful historic center, the Salt Pans (🛎️ BOOK THE E-BIKE TOUR), and its long beaches. Easily accessible by car or train, it offers a perfect mix of history and nature.
Local secrets:
- The best beaches for music and aperitifs are here (BicioPapao, Cala Zingaro, Papeete Beach, CerviaMare, and others).
- The nicest area for an evening stroll is Borgomarina, near the Torre San Michele, with lively bars and night markets.
- Exit the main road at the Salt Pans roundabout: on slightly cloudy days, the sunset at the Salt Pans is breathtaking, with flamingos taking flight.
RIMINI
Don’t miss the Borgo San Giuliano, near the Tiberius Bridge, and the new Parco del Mare, the pedestrian area along Marina Centro’s seafront. Rimini is full of history and modern charm, just a 25-minute drive or train ride away.

- San Giuliano Mare is being revitalized with trendy bars and cute spots like Darsena Sunset Bar, perfect for a beautiful sunset.
- Visit Piazza Malatesta, Castel Sismondo, and Borgo San Giuliano, a timeless place next to the ancient Tiberius Bridge.
- The new pedestrian area of Marina Centro is unique, with trees, green spaces, workout stations, fountains, basketball and paddle courts — it feels like Palm Beach!
SANTARCANGELO
Considered the most beautiful village in all of Romagna, Santarcangelo will captivate you with its alleys, small restaurants, wine bars, and timeless shops. An evening stroll after dinner is a must.
Local secrets:
- Many of the best fine meat restaurants in the area are here: we recommend La Sangiovesa, Lazaroun, Da Mario, and Santabago.
- The real gems are the small bars where you can enjoy drinks and snacks, like Da Oreste, Teatro dei Condomini, and Monte Giove.
- There are wonderful tuff caves beneath the city that you can discover on a guided tour, but some shops and restaurants offer internal access.
